Self-produced by the band and record by Palmer Jamieson (Beauts), the track’s nostalgia-laden lyrics recall memories of touring in their early years and reach for moments of a bygone state of oblivious grace.

Wistful reflections (and the same production team) follow on “Empire,” a track originally released as a standalone single in 2025. Written in the throes of lockdowns, the steady build-to-crescendo arrangement is anchored by a narrative that makes peace with closing a particular chapter of your life. “Empire” comes to (welcomed) terms with recognizing you have lived through a momentous era rather than pining for a past life you know can never return.

“Next Time We Love,“ a song about two lovers destined to find their way back to each other with a lifetime of lived experience in tow, sends Quiet Parade in a more shimmering direction.
